Our workshops are designed to address your current relationship with nature and find a more gentler, focused and more mindful way to connect with the world around. We also offer a Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) which serves as an introduction to mindfulness with practices that can cultivate more self-awareness and practical responses to promote clarity and balance. For more information please email me for enrollment or click on the ‘workshops’ tab for more information.
One to one services
If you would like more information on group or individual support, we offer one to one sessions using nature as our mediator, please email me for more details.
More about me
Here at Dancing with the Seasons, mindfulness plays a vital component in our connection with nature and is a recognised technique to improve our wellbeing and mental health, you will find l use a lot of mindfulness based activities in my workshops and in my one to one services, as a mindfulness teacher.
Making nature and its benefits accessible to you.
My work is informed by science and the work of researchers in the field of health and psychology, as my aim is to make knowledge more accessible and inform those who are wanting to understand the benefits of being in nature and why at times we feel unable to concentrate, or unable to rejuvenate our attention after a full night’s sleep. I do also use my own scientific reflections of working
in nature as an eco-therapist and seasonologist to create seasonal models and activities that support others with their wellbeing and mental health recovery.
