Workshops we offer
Here at dancing with the seasons we offer a variety of workshops to support your connection with nature both in and outdoors. Our workshops are designed to address your current relationship with nature and find a more gentler, focused and more mindful way to connect with the world around. We also offer a Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) which serves as an introduction to mindfulness with practices that can cultivate more self-awareness and practical responses to promote clarity and balance.
One to one and group services

Mindfulness
Here at Dancing with the Seasons, mindfulness plays a vital component in our connection with nature and is a recognised technique to improve our wellbeing and mental health, you will find l use it a lot in my workshops and in my one to one services, as a mindfulness teacher. Welcome to a new way of thinking about how we live and how the
seasons in nature can bring joy, peace, and purpose to our yearly living. As we journey through this website it is important to note that we are a living being that has been part of a natural ecosystem for thousands of years, it is only recently we have
become part of a 24/7, technology-based, urban society, so it is no wonder you may not always have good wellbeing or mental health. Living a life without nature can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stressed and requiring a greater feeling of liberation or joy to balance your busy job, your family life, or your lifestyle.
Many people do feel this way, they can love their jobs, their families but their lives have become directionless and something feels out of alignment in some way. You binge watch tv, dreaming of other lives, other opportunities for adventure and purpose, but it never fully works. That is where nature steps back into our lives and we begin to feel the benefits of being outside on a starry night or on a walk through a forest with others, this feeling inspires us to feel awe, creativity, and self-compassion for ourselves. We begin to feel a sense of renewal and rejuvenation and for a moment we feel liberated from our past, liberated from the parts of ourselves that
bring us suffering and pain.
My journey is to show you how to open a more natural path that complements your life and use it to enhance your goals and relieve the suffering you carry inside. Nature has the ability to allow us to reduce the fog that daily living creates, improving our memory, our attention, our ability to feel worthwhile in a world that may condition us to feel less. We will challenge our relationship with impermanence and open ourselves to new adventures and goal setting which improve our careers, our relationships, and our approach to how we problem solve and see the world around
us.
