Our workshops aim to help you explore eco-therapy more closely and align yourself to the magic of the seasons in nature, l would encourage you to join our workshops and share in the opportunity to discover more about how you too can create a more natural, gentle way of living that creates simple, everyday actions that brings you closer to positive wellbeing and mental health and to your goals each year.

Beginner | 5 Days

The purpose of this gentle workshop is to use walking to become more aligned with the natural surroundings around us and be in tune with the present moment, using mindfulness techniques. 

Beginner | 6 Weeks 

This exciting workshop will introduce you to the practice of ecotherapy and give you some new ways to connect to the natural world around you. It will address both indoor and outdoor activities so is beneficial to all.

Using the research and some personal reflections, we will explore how nature benefits us physically, emotionally and spiritually.

A wonderful exploration to the topic of silence – what it is and why it benefits us daily.

Mindfulness Based Living Course

This eight week introduction to mindfulness course lasts for 2 hours per session and covers the following content:

Introductory Session – What is Mindfulness and Why Practice It?
Week 1 – Start Where We Are
Week 2 – The Body as a Place to Stay Present
Week 3 – Introducing Mindfulness Support
Week 4 – Working with Distraction
Week 5 – Exploring the Undercurrent
Week 6 – Attitude of the Observer
Week 7 – Self-acceptance
Week 8 – A Mindfulness Based Life
Follow Up – The Rest of Your Life.

The course will consist of weekly or fortnightly meet ups, either in person or in our online course, with other members and you will be provided with set homework practice you can work on at your leisure. 

The course is designed for beginners to mindfulness and offers an introduction to mindfulness based practise and theory.
