About us
‘My name is Colette and l am delighted to meet you. I am an eco-therapist and l have been studying the connection between wellbeing and nature for many years. I have an honour’s degree and master’s degree in Psychology and postgraduate degrees in Education and in Criminal Justice. I am also a mindfulness teacher, which l am very passionate about and engage every day in bringing nature and mindful living back into our lives. My love of nature began many years ago after l was diagnosed with Myalgic
Encephalomyelitis (M.E.) and l found walking in nature to be my greatest healer. Since then, l have been a student of nature learning everyday about the benefits of nature and why nature has proved to be a great healer for many*. Right now, l am writing my first book Dancing with the Seasons which has took me on a beautiful journey through healing in nature and it is based on both my study of nature and my own personal reflections, these have informed my writings and the courses l deliver every year. I look forward to seeing you in my workshops or may be on a
nearby nature walk one day, after all natural wonders like forests and woodlands or even the oceans, can be an experience we often look to repeat over again.
Enjoy your travels’.
